Photos
- When you add a photo, we check it quickly to make sure it shows one pet clearly. If it doesn’t, the app asks you to replace it.
- To create your Fluffy, an AI image model uses your photos to draw your pet in the style you picked. The same goes for AI photos, outfits and scenes.
- Only add photos of your own pet. Please avoid photos where people’s faces are clearly visible.
Sounds
- When you hold the mic, we record a short clip, check whether it has a pet sound in it, and write a line in your pet’s personality.
- The line is for fun. It isn’t a translation and doesn’t describe your pet’s health or needs.
Who processes them
Our servers run on Amazon Web Services in the United States. Image and sound models may be run by providers we work with, who may use your content only to return the result to us.
How long we keep them
- Photos you add stay in your account until you delete them or your account, so you can create again without re-uploading.
- Sound clips you don’t save are deleted after processing. Saved lines keep their recording until you delete them.
- Providers keep your content only as long as they need to return the result, and then delete it.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell your photos or recordings.
- We don’t let providers use them to train their models.
- We don’t use your content to train our own models without asking you first.
- We don’t use face recognition on people.
AI results
AI can make mistakes. A Fluffy may not look exactly like your pet, and a line may not fit the moment. If a creation fails, you get one free retry. Lines are for fun and are not advice about your pet’s health or behavior.
Your choices
You can delete photos, creations and saved lines in the app, or delete your account to remove all of them. See the Privacy Policy for how long we keep things, or contact us.
